What does the rent include?

The monthly rent covers your stay in the room as well as all utility costs such as water, electricity, heating, and internet. We also take care of cleaning in common areas, provide 24/7 security, waste disposal, and technical support.

What will I have to pay extra for?

Additional charges only apply to underground parking and the laundry room — but don’t worry! Parking is optional, and doing your laundry costs just a few złoty.

What extra amenities are available?

In your free time, you can use our modern gym or spend time in the playrooms, which are equipped with gaming consoles and large TVs. If you're a fan of two wheels, you can store your bike for free in one of our three bike rooms. And if you need peace and quiet, you can always use one of the shared study rooms.

Is there internet in the dorm?

Internet is a must — that’s why our building is fully covered by a modern Wi-Fi network. You can also connect via cable directly in your room.

Do I need to pay a deposit, and when will I get it back?

Yes, a deposit must be paid once before moving into your room. It’s held until the end of your contract. If your stay goes smoothly and the room is left in good condition, the full deposit will be refunded.

Can I have guests in my room?

We want everyone to feel at home here — and having guests is part of that. If a visit turns into an overnight stay, your guest is welcome to spend the night after you notify us and pay a small fee of 50 PLN. Importantly, we don’t limit the number of visits or overnight stays.

Is the dorm locked at night?

You return to our dorm just like you would to your own home. Our reception is open 24/7, so you can come and go at any time, day or night.
