The monthly rent includes in the cost of staying in the room and charges for all utilities such as water, electricity, heating and internet. In addition, we take care of the cleanliness of the common areas, provide 24-hour security, garbage collection and maintenance. Additional charges are only associated with an underground parking space and laundry facilities, but fear not - parking is not compulsory and laundry costs just a few zlotys. You can spend your free time in our modern gym or in the playrooms equipped with games consoles and large TVs. If you are a fan of two wheels, you can store your bicycle free of charge in one of the three bicycle rooms. Should you need peace and quiet, you can always use the shared study rooms. Internet is a must, so you can use the state-of-the-art Wi-Fi network throughout the property. In addition, you can connect via cable in your room. The deposit must be paid once, before moving into the room. It is held until the end of the contract.
