New investments by Collegia

Upon the completion of the campus on Grunwaldzka Street, the construction of another modern Collegia complex is planned. This new development will combine the functions of a student residence, hotel, and service spaces. The investment will be located on Aleja Zwycięstwa. The project is being developed in collaboration with the architectural firm ABACUS, which includes architects Joanna Wojtas, Monika Tyszkiewicz, and Andrzej Tyszkiewicz.

The new building will consist of 13 floors, housing 100 hotel rooms and 392 student rooms, offering accommodation for approximately 500 students. The hotel section will be located on the upper floors, providing guests with views of the Gdańsk Bay and the Tricity Landscape Park. The first floor will feature service spaces, including a dining establishment, two conference rooms with capacities of 50 and 100 people, and a fitness area. Additionally, the building will include 187 parking spaces.

The student section will offer a variety of accommodation types, ranging from apartments with private terraces to classic single rooms and rooms with shared kitchens and bathrooms. Residents will have access to numerous common areas, such as study rooms, relaxation spaces, a laundry room, and a fitness area.
